My 5-year-old attends the Lil’ Monkeys session and absolutely loves it. He looks forward to going every week, and it’s been wonderful to see how much it’s helping to build his confidence. Carl is a fantastic coach who has a great way with young children, showing both skill and patience in every class. I’ve been so impressed with the experience that I’m hoping to start the self-defence class myself soon.

Joined the club last July after a long period off training. Was glad that I made the decision, everyone is friendly. The coach Carl breaks everything down so you can see the different elements and what happens when it all pulled together. There is no pressure to roll and you can go hard or fast depending on how your feeling..

Amazing BJJ & Self defense gym with the most friendly atmosphere I have ever seen, The coach Carl Fisher is a great teacher who really encourages every student to push themselves. Highly recommend coming even just for a free trial session. Life changing gym for a life changing sport 🤙🤙

Trying anything new can seem a bit daunting, but this is even more so for a 5 year old. My son recently joined the L'il Monkeys class and has been made to feel so welcome by everyone. He now loves attending the classes and learning new techniques while pushing himself and developing his confidence and resilience. Coach Carl is great at making the games and practice age appropriate and fun for all ages

Tried a self-defence & BJJ intro class with BJJ Wimbledon and it was amaaazing! Carl taught practical, real-life techniques that anyone can use, from how to escape holds to safely taking someone down. As a woman, I found it incredibly empowering to learn how to protect myself and actually practice the moves with a partner. The class was fun, supportive, and left me feeling confident and capable.
