Amaury Bitetti at London Fight Factory

Wimbledon BJJ made it over to London Fight Factory at the end of February to attend a seminar with one of the real old school legends of BJJ.

Amaury Bitetti has been a black for thirty years and is as old school as they come and he took the students through a selection of tried and tested Jiu Jitsu techniques, both for sport Jiu Jitsu and Vale Tudo (Mixed Martial Arts these days).
