At Wimbledon BJJ, our beginner-friendly Thai Boxing classes provide an excellent way to improve fitness, learn effective striking techniques, build confidence, and develop practical self-defence skills in a safe and supportive environment. Suitable for men, women and teens of all abilities, our Thursday evening class runs from 6-7pm and is ideal for complete beginners as well as those with previous martial arts experience.

No fitness level is required to get started – our experienced coaches will help you progress at your own pace while improving your conditioning, coordination, balance, and technique. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, weight loss, or learning authentic Muay Thai skills, our Thai Boxing classes in Wimbledon offer professional coaching and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
